Given that the entire brain/mind requires sleep, it is not surprising to read about particular benefits of sleep, nor is it surprising to read ‘new’ ill effects of sleep deprivation.

My top recommendation remains the visualisation method known as the “cognitive shuffle”: download the MySleepButton app, or just choose a letter of the alphabet and sequentially imagine objects beginning with that letter.

A recent media release from the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology, “Is ADHD really a sleep problem?“ is currently reverberating on the web.
