– I use an app called mySleepButton. This app has completely solved my issue with falling asleep. My mind would constantly be thinking of everything while I’m supposed to be winding down for sleep. The app says items or situations to picture in your mind. If your brain focuses on just producing that image, and then going to the next one every few seconds, it can’t start racing with stress, and allows you to drift off to sleep. I don’t even have to take melatonin anymore.
