For iPhone and iPad users.

There is a recent issue that affected mySleepButton versions prior to mySleepButton 1.7.

If you have not yet installed that version then if on the Packs screen you see the message Download failed. Tap to retry then:

  1. Please make sure that the Internet connection is reliable before you try to download the pack. This is because the packs are large.
  2. Also, please ensure that there is at least 50MB of free space on your device.
  3. try the download again.

If your packs still fail to download, then please use the following procedure to get your packs back:

  1. Uninstall mySleepButton completely.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Using App Store, reinstall mySleepButton.
  4. Touch the Restore or Update All Purchases button. (You may be asked to re-enter your credentials, but you will not be charged for this.)

a. If you still see Download failed, then 4. wait 3 minutes (for Apple’s processing to complete)
b. relaunch mySleepButton and touch the packs screen: you will see your packs are installed.

The download failure issue seems to be related to a recent update with Apple software.
